  Yes. All TrūShine Gel Enamel formulas are without DBP, Formaldehyde, Toluene, Formaldehyde Resin, and Camphor.

• Is this product gluten free?

  Yes, this product is completely gluten free.

• Where is this product manufactured?

  Jamberry has partnered with leading chemists in the nail care field to produce TrūShine Gel Enamel. Our formulas are made in the USA using the highest quality raw ingredients.

• How should I store this product?

  Store in a cool, dry place and out of the reach of children.

• Could my TrūShine Gel Enamel peel off?

  Your Gel Enamel will last longer if your nails are properly prepped prior to application. For detailed step-by-step instructions on proper prep, watch our application video.

• How much product am I getting?

  Each bottle of base coat, color coat, and top coat contains 0.4 fl oz/12ml of product.

• Are these products tested on animals?

  No. Jamberry does not sell any products that are tested on animals.

• Why are gel brushes shorter than typical Jamberry lacquer brushes?

  Gel brushes are typically shorter to allow for a thinner and more even application.

• Will TrūShine Gel Enamel damage my natural nail?

  The only damage that may occur by using TrūShine Gel Enamel is if you improperly remove your manicure or buff too aggressively in the prep process.

• How long will my gel application last?

  If your nails are properly prepped, TrūShine Gel Enamel will last up to two weeks.

• Can I wear gel with nail wraps?

  Of course! Gel can be applied over as a base/top coat to your Jamberry nail wraps.

  To apply a clear gel coat over nail wraps:

  1. Apply nail wraps as directed.
  2. Lightly buff the surface of the nail wrap.
  3. Clean nail wrap with Nail Prep Wipe and allow to dry completely.
  4. Apply TrūShine Base Coat and cure, then apply TrūShine Top Coat and cure. After curing the Top Coat, remove the tacky surface with a Nail Prep Wipe.

  To use gel under nail wraps:

  1. Apply gel as directed.
  2. Lightly buff the surface of the gel.
  3. Clean completed nail with Nail Prep Wipe and allow to dry completely.
  4. Apply nail wrap as directed.

  Note: Never layer nail wraps between gel base coat and top coat. These formulas must be used together in order to cure correctly.

• Why is my gel hardened in the bottle?

  Your TrūShine Gel Enamel is light sensitive. If the gel bottle is left open or exposed to sunlight, it may cure and harden in the bottle over time. Always store your gel enamel in a dark place at room temperature.

• What should I do if my gel brush hardens?

  Soaking the brush in pure acetone will dissolve hardened gel and soften your brush for your next application.

• What if my TrūShine Gel Enamel chips?

  Your TrūShine Gel Enamel manicure should last up to 2 weeks. If you find your application is chipping, be sure to use our tips and tricks for a flawless and lasting application. Don't forget to always seal the free edge of the nail for a flawless look!

• The tips of my TrūShine Gel Enamel are becoming discolored, how do I correct this?

  This can happen when your gel is applied too thickly at the edges of your fingernails. If the gel is under-cured as a result of applying too thickly, it will absorb dirt or dyes and become discolored. For the best application, apply your enamel in thin, even layers.

• What is the difference between LED and UV Curing Lamps?

  The TrūShine Gel Enamel LED curing lamps use a technology that is relatively new compared to UV. It is more efficient and safer to use than a generic UV lamp. The Jamberry LED Curing lamp cures gel polish in half the time of UV lamps, does not generate heat, and the LED bulbs do not need to be replaced.

• Does the LED Curing Lamp emit UV rays?

  LED lights do emit UV rays, but at a lower intensity than common UV lamps found in salons and tanning beds.

• Why won’t my gel cure properly?

  A tacky surface is generally left behind after you’ve finished with the curing process. This does not mean that you have under-cured your nails. To reveal your perfect mani simply wipe your nail clean with one of our Nail Prep Wipes.

  If you notice that your gel still isn’t curing to a high gloss finish, try these tips:

  1. Be sure the LED lamp turns on when you press the white button at the top.
  2. Leave nails in the LED lamp for the full cure time. Make sure to position your hand in the center of the lamp, all the way inside with your nails laying flat, so the LED Curing Lamp completely covers your fingertips.
  3. Clean the inside reflector surface of the LED Curing Lamp if cloudy or soiled.

• What is the best method for curing my nails?

  We recommend applying the gel enamel to four fingers on a single hand and curing. Make sure to finish the entire gel application process on the first four fingers before applying to any others.

  Repeat the same steps on the other hand. Then, apply the gel enamel to both thumbs and cure them together.

  Make sure to position your hand in the center of the lamp, all the way inside so the LED Curing Lamp completely covers your fingertips.

• Can I cure Jamberry TrūShine Gel Enamel with a different curing lamp?

  TrūShine Gel Enamel was formulated to cure specifically with the Jamberry LED Curing Lamp. Results will vary if other LED or UV curing lamps are used in conjunction with TrūShine Gel Enamel. For best results, always use the Jamberry LED Curing Lamp.

• Does the LED Curing Lamp come with a warranty?

  Yes, Jamberry will replace any curing lamp that is defective or breaks within 90 days of the order date.

• How do I remove Jamberry TrūShine Gel Enamel?

  TrūShine Gel Enamel Remover Pockets are the most effective method for a clean removal. For more details on an effective removal, download our removal instructions HERE or watch our Gel Remover video.

• My TrūShine Gel Enamel is not soaking off completely when I follow the removal directions. How can I fix this?

  Chances are your application was too thick. Re-apply the Remover Pockets until the gel easily flakes off the nail. For your next application, apply thinner coats.

• Will this product be any different in regards to PRV, commission, and Host Rewards?

  No, PRV, Host Rewards, and commission will be paid out and rewarded in the usual manner. Please refer to the Consultant Workstation for more information on PRV, commission, and Host Rewards.

• Can I use product credits on this product?

  No, you may not use product credits on this product.
